Over the past year, CBASS partners have worked to identify a common set of researched-based quality standards that are reflective of the goals and outcomes of the programs in their jurisdictions. Through this initiative, CBASS hopes to hold providers more accountable for the quality of their programs, make a better case of the impact of OST programming to stakeholders, and support systems-building and sustainability.
